Dear Friends
You have been recommended by one or more persons for leadership, support, participant or provider of resource materials in the forthcoming Wesley Theological Seminary Symposium honoring the work and ministry of Bishop James K. Mathews and Joseph Wesley Mathews with workshops to look toward the future. If you have already indicated that you cannot attend, or you are only providing resource materials, this is only an update.
Symposium Overview:
We have new links on the website to make it easier to download the new flyer (right side of Home page) and see previous updates (left side of home page).
Workshop Tracks Update:
Please look at the workshop tracks overview which has been updated with new responses and recommendations for the presentations and the leadership pool. These are not assignments but recommendations and your response is important for setting a final agenda. Click Tracks. If you do not see your name and you would like to provide support in some manner, please follow the next step in any case.
Leadership Response:
Then complete the Leadership Response Form with your preferences for what roles you might play and suggestions for making this a great event. Click Leadership . If you wish to nominate other people as well, enter their names and email addresses at the end of the response form and also forward this email to them to get their response.
Timetable:
We would like all papers and materials in the leadership response forms for both background reading and presentations identified before September 15th, so that we can have them prepared for a steering committee review September 26th weekend.
Your responses are being collected in a database and you may go back to the Leadership database at anytime and add more records. Just enter your name again and the new information you wish to add. If you have questions or immediate suggestions please contact me by email response or at any of the numbers below.
